The following was received by postal mail from the Office of the City Clerk of the City of Cambridge.
Councillor Decker has scheduled a community meeting of the Neighborhood and
Long Term Planning Committee at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, July 24, 2001. The
meeting will be held at the cafeteria of the Benjamin Banneker School, 21
Notre Dame Avenue (enter at courtyard door on Middlesex Street side).
The purpose of the meeting is to bring all city staff who have been working on the issue of asbestos at the WR Grace site together with concerned residents and WR Grace to hear about WR Grace'e plans for dealing with the asbestos problem at its North Cambridge site and to hear the City's coordinated response.
