Davis Lofts/M.W. Carr Development Proposal - Blair Galinsky will discuss his proposal for the His proposal for the M.W. Carr building. (7:15 - 8:30)

Action Summary for May 10, 2000 NCSC meeting:

1. Michael will get in touch with Blair Galinsky about M.W. Carr proposal presentation.
2. It was agree to seek to postpone the BZA decision on Jack's Gas.
3. Noca Light Show parade was announced.
4. Redevelopment plans for the former Mutual Gas site and adjacent properties were discussed. A subcommittee was formed and have agreed to meet with the new owners and the Enterprise Rent-a-Car proponent. Andrew Toner and Lucille Kelley have agreed to co-chair.
