IQHQ had to file the Environmental Notification Form (ENF) to the Mass Environmental Policy Act (MEPA) office because of the volume of vehicle traffic at the site. This brief comment letter by ASG highlights one issue: the use of the road tunnel under Route 2 that leads from Alewife Station past the site and on to Routes 2 and 16.
