Below are announcements from the City of Cambridge about meetings that neighbors may be interested in.
First, an important update: For many years, the Alewife Study Group (ASG) has been advocating for a safer, easier way for Rindge Ave neighbors and others to cross the commuter rail tracks to Danehy Park and Fresh Pond Mall. ASG is pleased that at the recent Danehy Park Connector walk earlier this month, city officials said the City of Cambridge will pay to study a crossing, as part of the Danehy path project. Let city officials know how important this connection would be, by attending one of the related events listed below, by taking their online survey, and/or by e-mail to ccreagh@cambridgema.gov.
